POZNÁMKA 1 k heslu Oproti tomuto dokumentu přebírá dopravce zodpovědnost za dodávku zboží, Tato záruka je dána podmínkou v dokumentu, že zboží má být přepraveno na objednávku jmenované osoby. Dokument má následující funkce: 1. příjmový doklad ke zboží, podepsaný řádně autorizovanou osobou zastupující dopravce; 2. dokument o vlastnictví zboží v něm popsaném; 3. důkaz časových a jiných podmínek dopravy, odsouhlasených dvěma stranami.
